At YATEE ,customer satisfaction is our top priority.

However, due to the nature of  beauty cosmetic products, we maintain a strict NO RETURNS AND NO EXCHANGES policy to ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers.

 we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
1. Products purchased during promotions or sales
2. Incorrect product or shade chosen from your end
3. Dislike: In case of dislike of any product upon delivery

HOWEVER if you think we made an error in sending you the wrong shade or product, 
Kindly ensure the video is clear and the defective/missing part of the order is highlighted in zoom.
You must send us a video of the original labels and tags intact box.If the video is not shared as per the mentioned details we will be not able to cater any further request.
We will be requiring a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process the request further. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honoured. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision.

CANCELLATIONS
